As a Marriott elite member for 20 years, I have to say this is one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. After making the reservation, I called twice to make sure I would have a feather free room because I have very bad allergies. I did not get a feather free room. I also asked if I could get top floor on the end because I’m a very light sleeper. The person I spoke to said that he would block me in on the top floor and on the end. I come to Galveston once or twice a year as a getaway, but this year I went for Juneteenth weekend. One of your employees gave me a few additional places to go outside of the celebration attractions. I appreciate her taking the time to help me find additional things to do with my friends and to add to my plans for next year. The hotel is situated in a great location and the hotel was nice and provided the amenities I was loking for.
