The property is amazing, do yourself a favor and arrive after Veronica is there, she is the general manager who believes she is running a 700 room resort. "many of the staff referred to her as the iron fist" and she made no concessions for guests, reqardless of elite status. Id recommend another property until they get their upper management allgned.
The rooms and everything were fine from what I saw. Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was not functional so during busy hours, it would easily take 5-10 minutes to even get on the elevator. This wouldn’t be bad if I wasn’t staying on the top floor. This knowledge would’ve been a good heads up though… It looked like staff were doing what they could given the circumstances. Would stay here again overall. Not too far from DFW airport and decent shopping center/food options nearby.
I had a wonderful time here. The front desk staff were friendly. It was conveniently located and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you.
