The rooms and everything were fine from what I saw. Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was not functional so during busy hours, it would easily take 5-10 minutes to even get on the elevator. This wouldn’t be bad if I wasn’t staying on the top floor. This knowledge would’ve been a good heads up though… It looked like staff were doing what they could given the circumstances. Would stay here again overall. Not too far from DFW airport and decent shopping center/food options nearby.
I had a wonderful time here. The front desk staff were friendly. It was conveniently located and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you.
The room was spacious, and the utilities up to a decent standard. However, the location is just far from everything fun or touristy to do. I think this is the kind of place you would be happy to choose if you are really trying to get away from people. The service at the front desk was subpar, we asked for help regarding our AC and the guy on the phone said he was coming right away. He never showed up, and we got help elsewhere.
