Clean and quiet room, great for my one night trip. Larry B was very welcoming and caring, he has a warm spirit and was just so friendly. Set up a good first impression!
Staff was very uninterested in the guests. Each time I stopped by the desk they were tucked away in a hallway on their phone. Air conditioner in room was excessively loud and kept us up. Only one elevator was working with a full hotel. That created many delays.
We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was dependable throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The seating area was clean and well organized, and the staff kept the buffet well stocked even when it was busy. Larry at the front desk was one of the highlights of our stay.
