I stayed here last night 9/28 - 9/29 (I’ve stayed here many times over the years traveling from Denver to Atlanta for work). It has been a few months since my last stay, and this really was a let down. The good: the woman working the counter that evening (Layla?) was very sweet and helpful. The locations is great. The bad: My first room had one of those doors that connects to another room. The lock would not latch, and I don’t feel like paying $170+ for a room that other people have access to. Checked in and room reeked of a horrible smell. Maintenance came by with an odor remover and it masked it for maybe 5 minutes. I went to dinner and came back. It got worse. I asked to be transferred to a different room after trying all my options, they refused. Then the AC started having issues. They wouldn’t checkout the room at all and said I was out of luck. Very dissatisfied with my stay.
