We checked in after a six hour drive barely got our stuff in the room and someone is knocking on our door, saying there was a complaint about yelling, my 12 year old daughter has special needs yelled she didn’t want to sleep by him(brother)! Then not even 6 minutes later, the phone rings the lady is threatening to call the cops if there is one more noise complaint! (because someone complained they heard stomping!) Recommendednice modern hotel....gotten a suit and not very big small fridge..no sink but in the bathroom.But a very nice spacious closet....we enjoyed our stay so far
I have worked with this hotel for meeting needs for several years — since a bit after they opened. Mary Macina epitomizes hospitality, customer service, and thoughtfulness. I had the privilege of working with her at another property before she moved here, and she picked up the pieces from a manager who left, and accommodated us with dignity and masterful attention — and that level of detail has only enhanced with time!
