Very clean,soft beds and a great breakfast. Plenty of room for the grandkids with pull out bed.
I’m disappointed with the customer service experience regarding our reservation at this property. My family was traveling home from Florida to Louisville, Kentucky, including my 86-year-old aunt and several children. We originally booked this SpringHill Suites location as our overnight stop. As our drive progressed, we realized we could safely make it farther up the road, so we booked another SpringHill Suites by Marriott location instead. Wendy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and went the extra mile when I had a question about local fireworks. The rooms are big and spacious, and immaculately clean. It's right off of 75 so it's super convenient. But the best part was the customer service. Wendy was spectacular!
