This hotel is so nice very clean and it had every amenity you could think. Good Breakfast. The front desk clerks were so polite and helpful. I want especially recognize the front clerk Carr he rolled out the red carpet and was very helpful. I highly recommend Spring Hill Suites!!
Very nice hotel and the room is great
We had to cancel two rooms at the last minute and the manager and staff on site (Mr. Cars I believe was his name) were very understanding and thoughtful allowing us to do so without penalty. It was much appreciated!
I enjoyed my stay in South bend for the Notredame game, nice hotel and a great experience. I wanted to give a thanks to CARR for helping my wife download her Notredame tickets while we were all confused trying to figure it out. My wife said “Carr is so outgoing and so heart warming to talk to”. My wife and I will be sending you a gift this Christmas, god bless you Carr.
