Kay is a first-class receptionist. She was very helpful to me and I was delighted with her response. She certainly knows the needs of the guests. I definitely will consider staying at this hotel in the future.

I've stayed at this location a few times recently, and found the hotel to be sound and a goodvalue for the price. My last stay was quite disappointing, however. My rooms tub/shower had the stopper un-installed and lying on the surround of the tub. The shower curtain was either too short or mounted too high, as it did not rest inside the tub, but allowed water to drain outside of the tub.
