Staff is fantastic. Rosa was extremely helpful. Someone had turned on the heat in the first room we were assigned. The previous guest had set it at 78, when I asked to be assigned to a different room she did so very quickly. We really appreciated that because we were tired and didn’t want to wait for the room to cool down.
This was on the inexpensive end of hotels in the area, and we found it to be very clean, with a comfortable bed, and a bright atmosphere. It was only 2.8 Mi away from Notre Dame. If you are attending a big event at Notre dame, be sure to take advantage of any shuttle offerings from the hotel, they partner with the hotel next door to offer Rideshare to campus, and this is a much better bet than trying to rely on Uber or other ride services.
I checked into the hotel last night for a wedding party, and I want to take a moment to recognize Mr. Carr for his outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how hard he was working. He took the time to assist other guests, even running to get additional towels, while also making sure to greet guests as they came through the door. The staff was amazing. The hotel and room was immaculate and the buffet was very good. They kept up with it with it being very busy but no complaints whatsoever. Pool was good as well. No complaints. Workout room has plenty of room and space. The hotel also has a work office and a bar in the main room. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. It's close to everything.
