Room itself was not bad! Bed and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom door right across from bed with frosted glass door woke everyone when light turned on. No room service during 4 day/3 night stay despite signage saying every 2 days. Trash by elevator ignored for over 24 hours. Employee upon check-in trashing company, new computer system, hotel, other rooms occupied when new guests went to room. Was told one price then come to find out they doubled my price per night, was told a manager would contact me never did, very unprofessional! Also the first two days the card reader was down so we had to get let into our room each time by the staff! This place is dishonest and unprofessional.
Room is new and fancy with all the amenities I am looking for, particularly the microwave. Lots of parking for free! Only issue is the breakfast time. It ends at 9 am. For me who travels from the west coast, it is a little bit difficult to adjust the time easily to het up at 6 am PST:)

Added extra day. Was told new keys would be ready when we return as we had an all day event- they were not- had to wait as computers down and key couldn’t be made. Had asked for bed to be straightened and fresh towel—stayed Thursday-Friday-Saturday -bed never straightened and had to get towels daily from front desk
