Outstanding experience at SpringHill Suites San Jose Airport! The property is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but the real standout was the Sales Manager, Arcette Munoz. Arcette is exceptional to work with—she takes business very seriously, pays attention to every detail, and ensures everything runs seamlessly from start to finish. Her responsiveness and professionalism made our entire experience hassle-free. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travel!
Stayed during our road trip with our kids. The whole hotel was clean and our room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh food. We would definitely stay here again.
