The front desk staff of this franchised location treats guests booked under family and associate rates with disdain. They also refuse to comply with Marriott Bonvoy tier standards if you’re not paying a rate the management selectively likes. This type of discriminatory treatment is unacceptable. The housekeeping staff exhibited hard work and attention to detail but the facilities are starting to show age and disrepair. The Marriott Residence Inn across the parking lot is a better choice.

My experience with this hotel is horrible because on our third night here i heard a very loud noise outside our room it some kind of machine that is near the jacuzzi I can't sleep so I called the front desk and the person I talked too ok he will send the maintenance to look at it fifteen minutes later I went downstairs this person lied to me he said all the maintenance went home and that is fifteen minutes later after I called what kind of service is that then the following morning I went to complain my experience the night ... read more
