First impression was meh. I had to wait at check-in and stood there unacknowledged while the staff was switching (I think). No big deal; once someone helped me, everything went smoothly. The room was also meh: not the best, not the worst. I avoided using the complimentary waters by the coffee machine. BOTH bottles were full but had a broken seal, gross.
