I booked a room with two queen beds for two employees who were attending a conference. When they checked in, they were given a room with one queen bed. My employees let them know that a reservation had been made for two queen beds and the confirmation email was provided They were informed that there was not any rooms of that type available, and that a trundle bed Under the couch could be used.
