I've stayed here twice for week-long work trips and will return for future trips. The rooms are recently renovated, the staff are super welcoming and helpful, and everything worked well for me on both stays. The continental breakfast is typical: bagels, fruit, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice, sausage, diy waffles. There is coffee and tea available around the clock. Parking is easy. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to what was advertised. In January, an outdoor “heated” pool that is too cold to use—and a hot tub that is barely warm—is a major letdown. Amenities like this are a key factor when booking. Breakfast was another disappointment with very limited options and no pancakes or waffles. Comparable hotels offer much better selections. They need to update their beds. They are hard as rocks. The pillows and sheets have no comfort. Zero stars.
