This is the absolute best hotel in the area! Juicy and Zima just made us feel so taken care of even though my friend was going through a hard time. Thank you!!
Booked a room -prepaid in full. Canceled 8 DAYS before my stay. No refund so I called the hotel and was told they would look into it and call me back. Never called me back. Called 2 days later and was told a pre paid room is non refundable. 8 days notice is plenty of time to give a refund (even partial) and they will not give me a credit for a future stay either. Do NOT recommend!!
Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Cozy feel. Great breakfast options with build your own waffles and oatmeal and eggs bagels and cereal.
