Our daughter’s team recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and our stay was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly but Lisa was THE BEST!! She proactively did everything she could to make sure our stay was good, an absolute gem. Loved the evening snacks too, great idea!
Every time i stay at a property besides a Hilton I regret it! Itravel every weekend for trade shows so I've become quite accustomed to minor flaws being part of the norm. But with how much This place cost as it was way too much, I thought i was gonna be in for such a treat! The room was stuffy. Couldn't get the air or the heat to work. The remote didn't work. The breakfast is decent but what really impressed is the snacks they have every evening. Many hotels do cookies, but this place does something different every night. My kid was thrilled with the do it yourself angel food cake, strawberries with whipped cream bar tonight. Last night was nachos and cheese, day before that popcorn. It's been fun.
