Love was great and the service was extraordinary especially from Alexis
The room was clean and spacious, and I liked the separate living room area. However, the A/C was a major issue. Even though it was set to 65°F, the room stayed warm and humid, feeling closer to 78°F. The breakfast was good but could use more variety in the hot food options. The pool, hot tub, fitness center, restaurant, and ping pong table were great amenities.
