Perfecto para quienes vayan en familia a visitar los parques. (Habitación aloja cómodamente 5) En distancia esta mas cerca de los parques Disney, para los que van a los parques Universal queda a unos minutos más. Precio calidad acorde . Limpieza y amplitud de habitación Nos fue super útil la lavanderia del hotel, lavado y secado (Self service) en planta baja. En el bloque del frente (3 minutos caminando hay super, farmacia ) Desayuno incluido completo, destacamos la amable atención de Alexi. Recomendamos.
Made a reservation for a 1 King Bed Room at 1:30pm for a one night stay. Checked into hotel at 4:30pm same day, walk up to room to see 2 Queen Room. Walk back down to front desk to tell them of the error only to be told by Ryan "the manager", that they are sold out of king rooms. "We have been sold out of king rooms". Check in begins at 4pm and my reservation was made 3 hours ago. 🤔 Maybe don't take reservations if the room being reserved is not available because it obviously wasn't. Great customer service Marriott.
Nicely located near Disney world...good service in the front desk and during breakfast time. The room is quite awful in design and the function of the basic items in the room. The air conditioner/heater unit is quite awful I had the maintenance turn off the dehumidifier function... Sounded like a generator...the air blows right in your face... can't sleep with that thing...had to put towel over part of the unit so doesn't blow air in my face... it's loud in the default settings....the toilet was not flushing properly consist... read more
Shower and sink water smell like wet dog when turned on. Rooms are so clean it’s a shame that the water smells so gross.
Great place to stay we have stayed here three times now never had a problem. Clean great service and location is great.
