Easily the worst Marriott stay I've had out of over 1400 nights in my career. The room smelled like pets have been living in it. The furniture was all scratched up. None of the drawers, closet door or even the safe door would close properly. Photos included. Undepositive, the Fred desk people were friendly and helpful. The location is not bad. Overall, I'm scratching Springhill suites from my list of places to ever stay at.
The room was very outdated, I had to forcefully push my door to latch, and had an odor. The staff was incredibly helpful and very nice.
Save yourself the headache and don’t stay here. We would have changed hotels if not for the cancellation fee. Not sure how they got such good rating as it’s not worth the money. The rooms are terribly dark, cramped, and don’t have enough space to store your clothes. The decor is garish (green and purple). Hotel staff are inconsistently helpful - it really depends on who you get, with some people barely offering to help at all. The location in the city is gritty and without charm.
