Great stay, great location. Meosha was great in helping us. Will definitely be back.
The staff are very accommodating and welcoming! My family and I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location. The rooms were clean and spacious. Valet was prompt and made out daily outings a breeze. Will stay here again for future trips. 10/10 recommend.
I had an awesome time at this hotel! Ko and Angel were very helpful and made my stay a great experience. I enjoyed my room and the breakfast buffet was excellent and always stocked with all items. Most definitely recommend and will come back whenever I am in New Orleans!
My stay started off with some false advertising. As you see I booked a room planning on having a rollaway bed, extra towels and pillows. After checking in and going to the room there wasn’t an extra bed. I went to the front desk and the front desk staff Meoshe informed me that they do not have rollaway beds. I said I checked the boxes when booking and asked for extras also. She said ma’am the items should be in your room. I said they aren’t could you please check on this. Started here for a conference at the convention center. It’s a great location, less than 5 minute walk to great restaurants like Cochon and to the conference center. It made it super easy to make it to meetings. The front desk was super helpful, especially KO. Would stay here again if I come back for work!
