Parking garage signage hard to find
Unbeaten location. We arrived at the night of July 4th, and we got lucky to enjoy the fireworks show from the hotel room. Front desk lady was so friendly, helping me on the phone to find the alley getting into the hotel and also assisting me professionally with everything about checking. The room is quite old, as other reviewers have said: furnitures are old, the lamp in the desk is broken, and shower room roof is leaking. Breakfast starts at 630am but NOTHING was set up by 640pm and I had to leave. NOT OKAY! I ran to the other side of the hotel hoping the other buffet was set up. It also wasn’t!!! I will never stay here again.
Matt and Adam are professional and they both have a calm demeanor. They are simply the best by providing 5 star service. The rooms are big and roomy. Rooms are CLEAN, which I appreciate, so immensely. Housekeeping does a good job. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is tidy. The furniture is old and worn.
