Reggie at the front counter is the greatest. He's so helpful and personable. He went above and beyond for my group.
The rooms were very spacious, clean, and filled with everything we needed. The hotel was centrally located to all attractions. We mostly walked everywhere. We drove to Graceland. There is a $35 fee for valet parking because there's no off street parking at the hotel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s flawed and there’s some dings and some places could use a coat of fresh paint. But the staff and service there is first class! Reggie helped us get everything we needed during our stay. Every member of the staff we encountered was incredibly nice and friendly and helpful. Location was great.
