I stayed for one night and unfortunately l forgot a small bag with my medication at the hotel. Despite sending a UPS label nearly a month ago, I still have not received my bag. I have called multiple times, and each time I am told that I will be contacted, but I have not received any follow-up. This has been a major disappointment for me. The hotel itself is very good, but the fact that my bag has not been returned, despite my repeated calls, has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Stayed here for 1 night. Overall a good experience at this hotel. I want to highlight the gym at this hotel. The gym is a decent size, but was made it great was the equipment. Specifically the cable machine. That made for a better workout. Staff was friendly and welcoming for me and the lobby smelled so good!

Loved my stay here. Rooms were clean and fresh. Staff was so helpful and accommodating— letting us check in early. The breakfast had many healthy options— eggs, sausage, oatmeal with toppings, as well as juices and milks. Highly recommend this hotel!
