Seems like a new hotel and very well made. Indoor swimming pool that was heated, good sized gym and room was spacious. Location is great as there are lot of restaurants and stores under walking distance. Walmart is also a little walk away. We were very well greeted by Ms. Pearl at the reception and she was was very welcoming. If I travel to Kalispell again then I am going to stay here again.
Super clean & staff was amazing.
The front desk staff here is fantastic. My trip was cancelled and I needed to pick up an item that was shipped to the hotel. The front desk ensured a new packing label was placed on the item and sent via FedEx to a new destination. They even called to confirm they received the shipping labels via email and placed them on the boxes. Bravo SpringHill suites Bravo!!! Above and beyond!!!!! 😀
