Came to this location because the Southside location was HORRIBLE! Got here and yes it is newer but the housekeeping a 1 manager TERRIBLE! Housekeeping is every other day (cool) we leave for a track meet and come back…. All of our towels gone and when we asked if someone came in and got them she hesitated and said yes they come in and get them… so we proceeded to request towels (8p) after being at a track meet ALL DAY IN THE SUN and front desk says it will be 3 hours for towels after the TOOK our towels without us knowing. I am currently staying here with a group. I have been to many different Marriot locations throughout the country. This is the absolute worst. Coffee, no cream. Asked about 24 hour complimentary coffee and was told they don't provide. I was offered coffee to make in my room. I asked for cream and the front desk clerk stated he didn't know where they keep it. GM Andrea is one of a kind! We are so happy to frequent your facility! Care and precision are just a few words to describe how this hotel is run by one of the best, Ms. Andrea, the G.M. Probably the best GM I've had the pleasure of meeting. You showed my family that everybody is important and are appreciated. Thank you, as well as, Keithondra, Shonda and other staff members. Crappy staff, very dirty property, front desk staff needs to be trained better, maintenance was very clueless on how to work on ac, managers could care less about the zoo they are running overall not worth the price in the slightest, even the tvs are in a stupid spot in the room
