This place is amazing such as friendly, professional staff especially Christian. The rooms are cleaned. Breakfast is decent. Even those breakfast ends at 9:30 am on Monday-Friday. They let it opens until 10:00am for late arrival. HEADS UP…the hot tub is no longer available:( but that is okay because you can drive down 2 blocks on Bellaire and eat and eat Vietnamese food until you can’t eat anymore. I am glad the gym opens 24 hours.
Room is clean and modern. A lot of space in the room as well. Location is close to Bellaire. The parking lot entrance is off of Rogerdale road.
Great location for this trip. Secured with gated and fence, clean and spaces room. Definitely will come back.
Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced at a Marriott Property We booked a 2-night stay at SpringHill Suites Houston Westchase through Priceline. We arrived late (around 11:30 PM) after a long drive with our kids, already exhausted. The moment we walked into the room, there was a strong, unbearable odor throughout the entire space. I will definitely stay here again! The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good fresh and hot! Room was very clean and comfy!!! Good place to have a staycation ! I would definitely book this location again.
