We booked this hotel for a staycation, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of what I expected, especially for a suite. I checked in first before meeting my significant other. The first thing I did was inspect the bed, and everything appeared clean. I didn’t notice any specs or hair on the bed or underneath the comforter, so I took a quick nap before getting up as I’ve had a long day. We traveled from Dallas to attend a wedding and reserved a room in advance. Returning from the wedding & arriving at the hotel after a long day, the sensor on door of our room malfunctioned, which caused the card key be useless and we, being senior citizens, were locked out of our paid room for almost three hrs and had to sit in the lobby for almost 3 hrs.
