Finally, a true ADA compliant room!!! 10 stars! Exceptionally clean, great customer service, good breakfast. Best hotel I’ve had in a long time.
Unclean and really beat up. Staff also didn’t check my ID while checking in.
Very convenient and friendly. Centrally located with access to all venues in tge bay area. Highly recommend this spot. Front desk personnel were extremely friendly and efficient. Lolly was super sweet and gave us a late check out with a smile!
Public bathrooms with no toilet paper and absolutely filthy. Bathroom in our room didn’t flush fully. Breakfast minimal. Elevators stopped working. This place needs serious maintenance and cleaning.
Cable was out during my 15 day stay. My request for extea pillows consisted of one. Housekeeping threw away expense receipts. My remote was broken and never replaced. It made watching internet tv difficult since the only buttons that worked was up and down. I think its time I leave Marriott and go to Hilton.
