The best hotel in town for sure. :-) The price is affordable and the customer service is absolutely amazing. All of the rooms are so welcoming and cozy, making you feel right at home. Millie, Laura, Audrea and Duma especially went above and beyond to make this stay one of my best ones and I travel quite a bit. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Gainesville or the neighboring area in the future.
Nice rooms, but the maids need to clean a lot better. I found the hair all over tub and toilet
The room had a few issues. There was some damage and it didn’t feel very clean overall. We noticed a dead roach, a dirty pillow, spots on the couch, and the mirror needed cleaning. There was also some water damage above the window and on the shade. One odd thing was the water coming out hot even when set to cold. On the positive side, we were greeted with a smile and given a complimentary snack, which was a nice touch. For just a one-night stay, it wasn’t terrible, but definitely could use some improvements.
