Clean. Very typical of a SpringHill Suites. Decent lodging in FAY is hard to find. Virtually all are located in a "ring" around the old city center. Restaurants are a drive. This is one of two decent, clean, safe places to stay. Staff is excellent. Will return - this was my second stay at this location.
The entire staff was friendly, however Kathryn serviced my family the entire weekend. Thank you!!!! The most helpful and pleasant representation of the Marriott I have ever encountered. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, more hotel brands should mirror your service.
This hotel and the Embassy Suites next door are the best hotels in Fayetteville. Clean, comfortable and in great condition. Staff at both hotels are excellent!
The hotel itself is nice and newer, decent location near the mall and restaurants. However, the service is very lacking. As a Titanium Elite member, I have stayed at my fair share of hotels (including Springhill Suites) and have always received acknowledgement of my status as well as 4pm late check out when requested, and feather free rooms (which is designated on my Marriott profile).
