Customer Service is terrible. Front desk is not knowledgable on benefits. Since when did late checkout as a Gold Elite become 12pm, instead of 2pm as it states in black & white. This is the only hotel that acts as if it's a inconvenience toward guests, it's our money being spent. I stay at several marriotts on a weekly basis, literally paying some of your salaries, this is very alarming especially when there are other marriott hotels that represent the brand, & honor your level of benefits. This hotel is wonderful! The staff is very accommodating, the hotel is very clean and updated. The breakfast is included and great. They have a wonderful bar with drinks every evening. The pool is great with a little splash mushroom for the kiddos. The rooms are great size with comfortable beds. Most importantly this is in a great part of town that I felt safe. The front desk staff are wonderful and accommodating especially Danette. Close to shopping, and good restaurants also. I would most definitely stay here again.
Very pleased with this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable. We felt safe and the staff was nice. The room was spacious - just sad it was only for 1 night.
Dannette is absolutely a pleasure to see every, single time! She made sure my company reservation went through properly AND left me a welcome gift in my room for my arrival! Such a gem! I definitely look forward to seeing her and the staff!
