I have no complaints about the hotel itself. The room was clean, housekeeping was great, nice pool, great breakfast, nice lobby area, plenty of free parking, nice area around the hotel. HOWEVER, they charged for wifi when the website clearly states that it is free! The front desk lady cited some garbage about needing to be a gold level member in order to get free “enhanced” wifi. Actually, the room is nice, BUT I found that I did not have hot water any time during my stay. The "warmest " the water reached was mildly tepid. I found the water to be mildly tepid the first evening, but with my make-up remover pad and the almost warm water, I made due. The next morning I wanted a nice very warm if not, hot shower. I let the water run and then called the front desk to ask how to get hot water in the shower (around 7:10am. She said she'd send maintenance. 8 minutes later no one has shown up. Called again.
