Room was clean, WiFi worked well. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful.

We stayed over the night before our trip from Dulles and left our car there when we went to the airport the next morning. On our return trip, the flight was delayed and did not arrive until 2 AM. We were promised 24/7 shuttle service but when we called were told that the regular shuttle was not available at that time and to look for the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn shuttle. This hotel has always had a special place in my heart because it was where my family “lived” for 5 months, years ago. Now that I’ve moved away, I always stay here when I come back to visit. BUT, unfortunately this is my last time staying here. The rooms need a revamp - the TV is old and the shower curtain is curved and doesn’t stay closed on both sides so you end up with water on the floor.
