Ashton the front desk clerk was more concerned about charging me for the "smoke free environment fee" then actually providing cutomer service. I walked in with the smell of smoke on my clothes, never smoked in or near the hotel. Within an hour of entering the hotel my card was already charged $250 He never once said anything to me even though I made contact with him at the front desk. Close to the airport. Has a shuttle to and from the airport. Clean rooms nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
Right by the airport and off airport rental car returns. Convenient area all around with free breakfast and cocktail service.
We had top notch service from Danisha. She went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this hotel.
