Do not use this hotel when it's over 100 degrees outside. The AC unit will not cool down the room and you will sweet so much that you can't sleep. Also do no use Valet. The valet guy said use text system and we will bring your. I told him I needed my car pack early at 6-6:30am so he knew the night before. I texted at 6:10 to retrieve my car. Really wouldn’t recommend the place at all because the service was terrible and the price wasn't worth the hassle at all. The beginning shouldve been my sign but so much was going on we needed a room. When first arriving we were looking for a last minute room but the receptionist said I had to book online because nothing was available. That didn’t make any sense. Spent 3 days there coming from Florida- Wanted to be nice and downtown- let me start with the ac- it barely worked!! Called down to front desk instead of them checking said it on the wall- which kept saying error- 2nd we didn't get room service for 3 whole days, No clean towels or wash clothes, didn't come to take out the trash nothing.. The tub water ran out so slow! I don't even know what that about and walking and that area wasn't that pleasant..
