I was recently at SpringHills Suites DFW South for a short stay. The rooms are decent (though there was hair in the shower) but the service is quite terrible. They indicate they have a airport shuttle service; however, you have to call to ask them to come pick you up. I'm not from the US so was using am international SIM card that didn't allow me to make calls. There is a transportation assistance booth in the airport terminal A so I asked them to help me call. I loved the layout of the rooms. It was well thought out. Breakfast was cool. Wish they had shuttles to Loves Field.
Complained because a woman was in the dining room in a bra, manager didn't do anything about it
Clean. Staff corrected minor problem promptly. Pool and hot tub refreshing. Free hot breakfast has good variety. Has afew outdoor activities like mini miniature golf.
