Exceeded my expectations! This hotel is super clean, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the staff was wonderful and kind. The morning breakfast was a great bonus, and the airport shuttle was extremely convenient. Highly recommend!
Stayed here for the world cup games. The location is super convenient, close to both the airport and centreport station. The complimentary shuttle bus from/to the airport is greatly appreciated. The hotel itself feels brand-new and very clean. The staff here have been super helpful as well.
Follow up - no apology from the manager nor the General Manager. The desk staff “Elizabeth, Jessica, et.al, were sympathetic and always nice. I won’t be returning…simple fix : hospitality business - housekeeping could care less - they cleaned my room next day ( didn’t need it and had the do not disturb displayed )…
Called the front desk, spoke with Monet B. We told her the nights we wanted and what we needed, she gave us pricing and told us it was available. Apparently it was not after driving over here
I stay at this hotel approximately 50 nights a year. I am a loyal Marriott brand patron. Until now: This week's stay (7 nights) and btw, I purposely do NOT ask for house keeping to save this property time and money- I try and value the hard work and challenging bottom line hotels have to manage. After my 3rd night I asked for house keeping services and was told: today is a holiday, house keeping is not working today.
