I've stayed at this property many times for business, this is the second time I've stayed here with the WiFi Down. No internet to do work, no internet to connect to streaming services. Your night attendant has no way to reset the modem and is powerless to troubleshoot the internet without a manager. This is a fail of monumental proportions. There should be a way for the night help to reset a modem, or at least be able to call someone to reset it. Staff was nice and rooms good. However security issues need to be addressed. Tail lights stolen off my truck overnight. Reading reviews others cars broken into. Staff didn’t seemed concerned at all, and this almost seemed normal. Turns a quick easy trip into a very expensive difficult trip quickly. Need to hire some extra security or something.

I was I was dashing out late for breakfast, and one of the ladies with hospitality named maite went above and beyond helped me make a waffle and she made sure that I had everything from butter to syrup and silverware and napkins, and even a drink very very nice lady. Definitely will go back. I recommend it as well. You’re welcome.

is a fine, clean, relatively quiet hotel I stay here frequently. I love that the neighborhood is safe and I can go running. Breakfast is basic, often lacking in fresh foods. The front desk mostly has kind people working it although my last trip all I got was stink eye and surprisingly no "Thank you for being titanium" no gift or points The gym is small and basic as is the pool that is in back surrounded by the parking lot. Beautiful, clean, new hotel. The only problem was that we requested daily new towels and it didn't happen. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but we had to go get the towels ourselves from the front desk. Still, we would recommend the hotel highly. We gave 4 instead of 5 star because of the towel situation.
