I normally don’t leave reviews before I’ve even stayed somewhere, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth mentioning. I called to ask about pricing and availability. Room was nice in size. AC made a weird nose. If you need a hotel in the center of Dallas this is the hotel for you. Breakfast was the same thing 2 days in a row. I would stay here again if I was in central Dallas.

My mother’s flight was cancelled due to storms in Dallas and was unable to make the reservation. The hotel was unable to refund me since the policy was “30 days in advance”, I cancelled the day the flight was cancelled, again, weather related. I waited a week to hear from them on the charge and multiple mixed responses. I’m actually glad my mother did not stay here upon reading further reviews. Completely out of the customers control which is fundamental bad business. Bad experience

The general manager has been asked by Marriott Bonvoy to contact me 4 times but has been unwilling to do so. This hotel has to be one of the worst in the Marriott chain based on management's response to deal with a situation. This hotel has no problem letting their guests get robbed while still taking your money. Find another hotel far from this one.

My car was also broken into and windows busted during the same time as that other guest. Management did nothing and it was too much trouble to help me or clean the parking lot. Two of my windows laid in the property all day and night. I asked the front desk and they just said file a police report online but provided nothing for me or my family.
