Trash was still in the room from the previous guest and body wash and conditioner were empty.
We stayed here on June 21, 2026. The room was clean, and both the reception and breakfast staff provided good service. However, the shower took approximately 30 minutes before hot water was available, which was inconvenient. I also accidentally left my laptop charger in the room. After contacting the hotel, I was unable to recover it as the staff denied having found the charger, which was disappointing. Overall, while there were positive aspects to our stay, these issues affected our experience.
Room was great. Pillows are not good, flat as a pancake, shower head was terrible, tub is a slipping hazard.
