Awful breakfast: the sausages were undercooked, and the day-old coffee and a box of milk had gone bad (good thing I didn't drink it quickly, but it smelled terrible). What's worse, they refused to honor my membership card. They said they didn't know how. I am a Marriott Gold member. I have high respect for the Marriott hotel. But the SpringHill Suites has the worst service I have ever experienced at any Marriott hotel.

Clean , large rooms , friendly staff , fair price. The laundry room was very nice as well

Everything was great until we go and check out and get on the road and see they tried to charge my card $250 then $200 then $150 then $100 then $50 then $20, so I called and they want to say there was evidence smoking was done in the room, No there was not , and she said they food evidence of smoking it was a empty pack in the trash, never once smoked in the room or ever would , we don’t smoke in r house or vehicle because of the smell, why in the hell would we ever smoke in the hotel and want to loose $ , these people r rip... read more
