Experience was good, except for large wet area on floor near windows. Manager was friendly and helpful regarding it.
Room was musty and smelled like someone smoked in the room. Asked the front desk the next morning to have housekeeping use febreeze or something similar. Housekeeping did not come nor did anyone else come to rectify the situation.
Upon checking in I was disappointed with the lady taking my information. She was not a bit friendly, barely looked up to acknowledge me. This was a heavy set black lady who had air pods in her ears, and her arms were both tucked into her shirt allowing the short sleeves to dangle. She barely said a word, no welcoming words at all.
