Terrible service. Lack of communication by the hotel who canceled my reservation without telling me after I’d made the reservation by phone a few days before and checked in on the app earlier in the day of arrival. I’d even tried to check in early at 11:00 that day and left my luggage at the bell desk. Came back later that evening at my room was gone. The whole town was sold out due to Alabama v USC game. Extremely up to date and clean with great amenities
Although most of the reviews here and on other sites are great - I am cancelling my reservations here due to the nonsensical $3 parking fee listed on the website (but not disclosed during booking). This hotel is in immediate proximity to numerous other similar-tier hotels - but this is the only hotel that charges for parking (my own car....in their lot). $3 is not significant, but the principle stands.
