My wife & I and two grandchildren had a scary incident at this hotel on June 11. After we were in bed, someone opened our room door and even tried to reach inside when the safety lock stopped them. After I yelled at them, they retreated. The assistant manager called soon after, demanding identification. She said their computer didn’t show we had checked in. Overall, a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and everything felt new and updated. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel but I still enjoyed it. Small detail, but I specifically liked that they had multiple options for bottled milk. The location was great and my family loved that it was within walking distance to Patriots point. Service was pretty good. Nothing really stood out to me in that regard.
We had a very long day driving from Baltimore to this hotel for the evening on 6/27. We were created by an empty desk and eventually a very rude employee. She came out from the back and just looked at us. We said our name and she responded, "What about it?" We said that we were checking in. After a bit she figured it out and got us checked in. We had stayed a few years ago here and it was a nice location and close to everything so we returned for a short stay. The room is your typical room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. It worked for the short stay. I do not like the very small area for the fridge which is a mini fridge and microwave plus a tiny coffee pot. The fridge worked for such a short stay but would make me choose somewhere else if staying longer.
