Nachdem wir während unseres Aufenthaltes 3 Probleme hatten (wurden durch einen Fehler der Rezeption aus unserem Zimmer ausgesperrt, es wurde 2x Kaution abgebucht und das durchgängig laufende Klimaanlagenzentralgerät auf dem Dach direkt über uns ließ uns schlecht schlafen, Zimmerwechsel abends nicht möglich), wurde uns gesagt, dass wir als Entschuldigung keine Parkgebühren zahlen müssen. Great hotel so close to everything. The staff was great and the rooms were perfect and clean. Excellent breakfast service. I will be coming back to Charleston more often staying here.
Whoever the “Audit manager” man was at the front desk on the evening of March 4 has absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever. I walked into the lobby to get a keycard because my phone/keyless entry was having issues. No one in the lobby, just this audit person on the computer at the front desk. I walked up and said hey how’s it going… he doesn’t look up, doesn’t say anything, just keeps typing away like I’m not there.
