I called the day before coming and asked about the pool and hot tub, was told they were working well. We chose this hotel for that reason. Upon arriving the pool was freezing and the hot tub was luke warm, obviously they were both malfunctioning. What was frustrating was they didn’t tell us that when we called the day prior, and when questioned no staff would admit they were broken. I gave it three stars because while the rooms and services were great, some of the facilities were not working properly. The hot tub heating system wasn’t functioning properly so the temperature was set low, more like a mild/cold tub rather than hot. I was told that this was an issue with upper management and that they needed to ok the work to get it done. I guess they don’t seem to be in to much of a hurry to fix it. Well I really do like this place as I have stayed here often so I hope they think about their guests more.

Such pleasant, kind, and helpful staff! The continental breakfast was better than most others we have experienced, lots of fresh options, and the pool was clean and area looked like it was well kept. We would stay here again!
