Brandon made my night by making sure I had a room and treated me with great dignity. Excellent gentleman.
Rooms are nice, but Baltimore is a dump and the area is not a safe place, especially at night. Restaurants that used be around are gone. Look at Google Maps Street of the area and you use it's timeline to see the decay for yourself.
Great experience. They even let me in earlier than check-in time and didn’t charge me extra. I had a great room. Felt right at home. Breakfast is great; hot breakfast. They have cucumber or citrus water down in the lobby at all times. Good stuff when you’re thirsty. Staff is friendly. They had toothpaste and toothbrush as a courtesy when I requested. Even going outside where there are some shady people I never felt unsafe.
Nice location, close proximity to CFG arena for a show. Very clean and good staff. Wish the breakfast hours were a touch longer for M-F if it’s a public holiday like Labor Day since people sleep in when traveling. Nice walk from waterfront with lots of restaurant options and the aquarium. We parked at the lot across the street.
