I should have looked at reviews before ever booking at this hotel. I’ll start by saying, the rooms are gorgeous, they are what you’d expect from Marriott, but that’s where it ends. It was our first time in Baltimore and the valet location is not clear. Attempting to figure out where to park I called the front desk and the girl was less than helpful, acting as if I should just know where to park, after touring an extremely sketchy area. Great location, very clean, grab breakfast in the first half to avoid lines
The hotel itself was nice and clean. There were some cosmetic things like wallpaper and baseboards coming off that needs some TLC. The outside of the hotel was kind of scary, and because I didn't feel safe walking to and from the hotel I don't think I would stay here again.
Overall okay stay. Ended up staying just one night. Credit card machine didn't work properly during check in. Neighborhood is sketchy, lots of unhoused and rough looking individuals right outside. The Lexington Market and Edgar Allen Poe gravesite are nearby and a short walk from the hotel. The room was mostly clean and up to date. Had issues getting the TV going. Don't think I'd stay at this location again out of safety concerns.
L'hôtel est top ! La chambre très propre et spacieuse ! Le lit est tres confortable ! Les toilettes et la douche très propres ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent, des gauffres a la minute sont disponibles ! Des jus, œufs brouillés, café... jai adoré le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est accueillant ! Je recommande !
