Edit: Original review below. Stephanie helped with the refund but didn’t offer any compensation for the mistakes made. Hotel has good rooms and accommodations. Just avoid using any third party booking in my opinion. Room was okay. Giving 1 star because the hotel has triple charged me for a room. I was charged the $300.78 when i booked through booking.com. Room was okay. Giving 1 star because the hotel has triple charged me for a room. I was charged the $300.78 when i booked through booking.com. I was then charged another $320.78 when checking out of the hotel. I was told that the charge would be reversed. I called 4 days after my stay to make sure the 2nd charge would be reversed. Family of 4 visiting the area for a sporting event. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the clean and spacious room and the breakfast setting is very cozy. Kids enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi.
