Very friendly and caring staff! We had a 2 day stay in Prescott and every time we were in the lobby, the staff made a conscious effort to do something to make our stay more special. Teresa was the best of all. Keep it up please! This type of a customer service is very rare and is always a pleasant surprise!
This place needs a remodel. It’s a dump. The photo is the view outside my room. When I turned on the lamp, the knob came off in my hand. Make sure to bring socks or flip flops walking on stained carpet feels gross
Very clean no frills hotel right next to old Town but away from whiskey row noise. No out door spaces as the pool area was closed and breakfast was slim pickings
