Pristine rooms and bathroom and spacious! Breakfast included, hot and cold items and delicious. Choose from eggs(not powdered) and meats and potatoes. And yogurt, bagels, waffles, juice and coffee. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And a nice amenity is the selection of snacks and ice cream and wine and beer in the cooler, for sale, in the Lobby. Pool and hot tub look great but it’s January so we’ll pass (they may be heated?). So convenient, all In downtown Prescott, within walking distance to everything. We visit often
We stayed 1/19-1/20. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The real 5-Star are the staff. We checked in with Lori who was absolutely amazing… kind, funny, helpful, and was awesome with our kids. Breakfast the next morning was great and the breakfast staffer Cassadi was absolutely phenomenal. She kept busy, checked in with us, was amazing with our kids and was just a delight to be around. Thank you SpringHill for an amazing night/morning in Prescott
