This is a wonderful little hotel. We had a small conference here and they did everything in their power to make us comfortable. They even rearranged the chairs in the conference room (and the tables) on short notice on a morning when we had a meeting. Shawna Karlen at the front desk was especially helpful.
My 4 year old daughter is being admitted to the hospital, so we can't go to West Virginia for a wedding. They won't refund the room. This is a terrible business with terrible people running it
