Not a great sleep experience. The indoor pool is very small and is crowded with 6 kids and two adults. Also, the ventilation for the pool area wasn't great and the chlorine was very noticable when we used it, so much so we all had to get out soon after because our throats felt like they were burning.
Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room spacious. Front desk clerk not as friendly as they should be. Keep ringing the bell at the front desk when checking in. Finally someone came. She wasn't the nicest person. Breakfast was not to good. Not much to choose from. Maybe they just didnt attend it. But other than the front desk clerk and breakfast hotel was awesome!
Intersection near hotel is terrible!
Very disappointed with the staff at the front desk. They're very rude, especially Shawna. Overcharged my debit card for an extra night i did not stay & she admitted to making the mistake. She hung up on me when i called about the situation. Now I'm having to dispute charges through my bank
