Great stay — super comfortable and convenient! I had a really enjoyable stay here. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable — easily some of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. The room was very clean and well-kept, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location is also a huge plus: it’s right off the interstate and surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants, which made everything incredibly convenient. The beds in my room were quite worn out and sagging- maybe "broken"? I mentioned this to the front desk associate and said stated, "they are standard Marriott beds". I explained to her that they were very uncomfortable, the mattress springs were 'squeaking', the mattresses were sagging in the middle, and that they did not feel anything like a "Marriott bed". She responded with the same exact statement and I suggested that they might want to check the beds in the room in which I stayed. I just got a blank stare after that. I ... read more
Good hotel close to lots of dinner options. Only issue I had was trying to call the front desk, the number listed online doesn’t seem to connect to front desk. However I did get a call from that number, so I’m not sure if it’s an isolated event.
Great hotel with excellent service! My luggage was delayed 24hrs at the airport and the hotel staff genuinely cared about my situation and provided a number of basics (toothbrush, deodorant, etc) without me even asking. The hotel staff’s attentiveness made me feel like I was staying with friends and not at a big hotel. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Would happily return when I’m in the area.
