I so wanted this to be a good review of the R & R restaurant. It's honestly not to often that I feel ripped off by a restaurant. The food sucked really bad, jack in the box would have been better. The staff could care less if you like your meal (3 of them asked how it was and none of them seemed to care when we told them it was horrible). Maybe the hotel is better but this restaurant is asleep at the wheel. Whoever is in charge of the restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe they should hire a new manager.

We stayed there last month and loved it! Service was great and location was even better! We liked the fact it was only 2 blocks from the River Walk and minutes to other area attractions including The Alamo. Will definitely stay here again when we visit!

I stay at Sheratons all the time, but this time I stayed at a Four Points Sheraton in Portland, OR which was a great choice! The staff was nice and very helpful. I love how the pool is open 24hrs and does'nt close at 10/11pm like other hotels. When ever I come to Portland, OR I know what hotel to always stay at!
