Throughout our entire stay, we had a great experience. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient in checking us in. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The beds provided excellent comfort, and the towels were pristine and soft. Breakfast was included in our package, and it was hot and appetizing with a variety of options. The pool area was a highlight, clean and well-maintained, and the jacuzzi functioned perfectly.
Wouldn't recommend. had issues with shower, room AC and laundry. The staff weren't professional OR friendly as someone who wouldn't normally bring issues to staffs attention, I was only met with attitude. I've been in 3 different rooms in the last 3 weeks and EVERY shower had boogers on the walls or under the shampoo dispenser.

I stayed here on my business trip and I was not disappointed. The room was very clean and cool as the days were extremely hot. I enjoyed that the bed was firm but not too hard. The bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was provided every day which included different pastries scrambled eggs and a breakfast protein with potatoes. I really enjoyed the coffee. They do have a pool and a hot tub which helps end a nice long day. I had a struggle with the elevator and I was told I needed to press the buttons harder for it to work. ... read more
