Just stayed here 12 nights across 3 weeks in a row for work, so I got a pretty good feel on this hotel and what it’s like. This stay definitely had highs and lows… For starters, if ambient outdoor temperature is above 90 degrees (pretty common in the desert), just about the entire building struggles to cool. Rooms, hallways, lobby, other common areas included. I stayed in 3 separate rooms during my stay and had to move rooms twice on top of that because with the A/C running constantly, the room wouldn’t get below 80 degrees.... read more

Dead roach under the nightstand/shelf by the bed. Room on the ground floor, after staff informed me the room was cleaned and ready before I checked in that night. A few days before, I stayed a couple nights back to back in a room on the 2nd floor. That room was a decent experience. Both were standard, I think king size bed.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Our family stayed at Spring Hill Suites due to my husband’s job. We unfortunately had to check out late, and the team was amazing and very accommodating to us.
