A/C did not work. We checked in at 10pm and the thermostat indicated the room temp was 80. We changed the setting to 72 and went to bed. At 2 am the temp was still 80. We did not feel like much could be done this time of night and did not want to pack up so we lumped it until morning. Got scammed by the front desk and charged twice for the same room. And still been unable to resolve it
If I could give more stars for service, I would. CECELIA at the front desk was AMAZING!!! She was so helpful during our one night stay. My husband and I were involved in a car accident in our rental vehicle prior to our arrival at the hotel and missed breakfast because we slept late. We called the desk to see if there was coffee available in the lobby. Not only was coffee available, she insisted on delivering it to our room. Although I had a disability room, the beds were not equipped as disability beds they were about 18 to 20 inches off the floor. Making it impossible for someone with a disability to climb out of them. Had to stack two mattresses, one on top of the other, to make a decent height in order to get into and out of the bed
