Think twice before you book. Other the a young man that helped me check in which was very friendly and caring, the lady during check out was just plain rude. I asked for my check out receipt as I always do and she turned her back to me and said it will get emailed. I’m still waiting . I’ve wrote to the property more than 3 days ago with no response. I wasted 45 minutes on hold with corporate and was unable to get in contact with anyone. We woke up to bad news and had to check out an entire day early due to a family emergency... read more

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Please find another place.
I witnessed poor service from the night receptionist at this hotel; I observed a family that had been waiting for over three hours—in the early hours of the morning, with children in tow—just to check in. The family explained that they had already paid for their room, but the hotel had subsequently sold it to other guests. The receptionist never offered them a solution, and—for the sake of the children—they were forced to leave at that late hour to search for another hotel.
