Mattress is cheap and not comfortable. Sofa bed is not clean and the trundle bed have all the stains it can have. Overall cleanliness is lacking. Breakfast is a joke. I dont call this a 3 star hotel. Its a 2 star or 1 star. On top of all this they have parking fee. Also the pool is cloudy and as small as 6 bath tubs.
My recent stay and observations. The only thing good about the breakfast was the coffee and waffles. The breakfast sausage was more like bland mystery meat and the scrambled eggs were watery. The building interior was a bit dated but clean and overall service was great. This location was convenient for our purposes and it's next to a 54th Street Bar & Grill and that was nice.
This is the only hotel of my 5 years of travel for work, to deny me because the Marriott account is in my wifes name. Written communication would not suffice nor would verbal over the phone confirmation from my wife was acceptable at this location. I have never been turned away completely and was always offered a solution, including the written communication mentioned above.
