Just checked about an hour ago and floors are dirty, supposed extra clean sheets had food still stuck to them. The extra pull out mattress was full of orange and brown stains and toilet was dirty. Room had a musty smell stinky foot odor doesn’t help that the a/c unit does not cool it’s very humid in the room. For as much as they charge not only for the rooms but also a high parking fee? Very disappointing
Hotel isn’t bad but it’s not great. It’s alright. The staff was great, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. You can tell the property needs a bit of an update. It’s not terrible, but it’s getting there if something isn’t done. The location is pretty good. Walking distance (remember it’s still Texas so it’s going to be hot most of the time) to good restaurants and 2 major store; Walmart and Target. Breakfast was a small selection. I saw a cockroach in the hallway at 5:20 am , I called the front desk and the attendant asked me to kill it. When I said no I won’t she said ok I will tell manager so they can call pest control. I told her it’s by the room 227 doorway. Today April 30,2026
I booked for Eater weekend and my husband truck got a window broken. I left a few clothes items in the hotel room and I called and spoke to the manager Andrea she stated they could ship it. Per the front desk request they asked for me to create a pre paid shipping label with fed ex because they had more knowledge how to ship the items with them. For the Marriott super disappointed, O payed extra to get quality not to get a hot lobby and dirty sheets, please take care of your staff they and your guest need good AC while trying to eat breakfast. The breakfast staff and reception they are Amazing, the room cleaning staff, NOPE get new cleaning staff or re-do quality control with them ,bed sheets were Not replaced before we got here or after our second day stay, bathroom necessities were not refilled up to the family size, tub full of random people's body hair GROSS.
