I made a reservation for 1 night at Springhill Suites 6815 Reading Rd, Rosenberg, TX, US and cancelled 4 hours later. My cancellation was 6 days before the booking date. My bank account was and still had been charged for a one-night stay that I did not have. BOGUS! I have a cancellation confirmation number and contacted Bonvoy Marriott for help. The rep told me they would "open a case" for the error. Still have not heard. Still being charged!!! Robbery!
