Our stay was from July 18 through the 20th 2025 check in was easy lady at the front counter was nice all common areas were extremely hot elevator hallways, lounge area, gym. My first room which was 317 at first sight looked like everything was in working order after coming back from an all day tournament came back into the room. The toilet was running water. The front desk lady working a shift on July 19 at 8:50 was astoundingly rude! She took 30 minutes to check us in and consistently kept asking to take out further identification than what was needed all because she was annoyed. She rolled her eyes and furthered the processs longer than it was supposed to be. A quick check-in turned into an unpleasant experience for my family of 5 who were tired from a basketball tournament and just wanted to shower and lay down.
AC does not work properly feels like outside
The room smelled like rotten something or other when we first opened the door. I was itching like crazy from the bed. So much for catering to the pet friendly crowds. Definitely felt like fleas and or mold. Please stop using that cleaning chemical on your sheets and rug and consider using foam only pillows and get rid of the terrible feather pillows. Also consider taking out the rugs in the rooms and use wood flooring instead. The chemical cleaners in your room caused me intense allergic reactions all over my body.
Older Front desk lady was very very attentive and accommodating. Thank you for your help with my daughter during our stay.
