Room was nice except shower was cold, and never warmed up at all. I told the desk agent, and she said "oh", but didn't apologize or say she'd have it checked.
Came up for a concert and stayed here because it was close to the venue and right off the interstate. Place was average at Best coming in but I have to drop it down a little bit more because the tub fills up with water and does not drain which is truly disgusting. They had to know about this. Also their Internet did not work at their computer station and the girl at the front desk was unable to assist me with it. What’s the point of having these amenities that they don’t work. Beautiful property, short distance from the race track and the Concord Premium Shopping Outlets. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to stay in the area.
