I wish I would have seen the bad reviews before booking. Thank goodness it was only for a few hours since our flight arrived late. As others have said, nobody at the front when we arrived. Rooms are outdated and furniture full of stains. Rooms smells musty and the hallway was so hot and stagnant. Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere.
Great location that is near the airport with free shuttle service. Room was dated and the bathroom door had a big hole in it - very ghetto. No water offered on check-in - disappointing given my Marriott status. I stay over in CLT often - likely will not return to this location.
I am marriot Customer especially SringHill,The worst ever SringHill i saw.no shampoo,no soap,the toilet not flashing well,no pool,room and hallway smell not good,bad attitude @customer service(i miss the guy name).i was on Vacation with family at the area,luckily i stay one night.my seven years old Daughter blaiming on me all night.Marriot Management must see it and Evaluate your self for this place.I do not recommend for others.Respectfully.
