The rooms here were so disgustingly dirty and the property itself isn't kept up at all. Lots of issues in the room that need to be addressed, peeling wallpaper, mold in the bathroom edges, dust all along the baseboards, food on the ceiling, room smelled like rotten food or mold, ripped window drapes, filthy couch (literally all kinds of stains all over the couch), broken bathroom door lock, the room doors lock looked to have been busted out and rescrewed in, liquid left in the trash can from previous stay, water/mold stain a... read more
For being the most expensive Marriott in Flagstaff it definitely did not meet the quality. The check in staff were nice but short spoken. The rooms beds were made but I don't think the room had actually been cleaned. We found scissors, a nail file, and trash on the floor. The bathroom had hair, rubberbands for braces and stuff all over the shower curtain. The morning breakfast staff were great.
I am a Marriott fan and I always love their hotels. This one could be a little cleaner. There were stains on the carpet, we found a chunk of glass (actually my dog found it) and someone's chapstick. Had to ask for more towels as they only give you two. The breakfast was not bad. I would still stay here, but they need to work on cleanliness of rooms.
We enjoyed our time in Flagstaff. The breakfast was good. The kids had fun in the pool (indoors and small), our room was clean and quiet.
Nice place to stay, needs to improve upon the variety of dishes in the breakfast
