I stayed here for two nights for a hiking trip. I didn’t spend too much time at the hotel. The set up is similar to other Springhills. The staff were friendly. They offered complimentary breakfast. Overall, i had no issues during my stay.
Hidden costs assessed for parking, etc. Rooms have overbearing smell of air fresheners.
Close to NAU. Hotel needs a modern update. Comfy rooms, staff is friendly. Had a dog barking in room nextdoor, which was annoying. Go to the Grand Canyon
