Amazing service. Front desk will help you anyway they can. Rooms are neat and organized. Breakfast has a large selection of choices (bacon was perfected). Never disappoint.
The A/C & heat unit was so extremely loud and rattled all night. The bed pillows were also weirdly small-almost like a couch pillow. The room was extremely dark and worn out looking (especially the bathroom), very underwhelming for the price. There were even pieces off of the bed missing which just left a big wood hole. The pool wasn’t in service and there was a $10.00 parking fee-both which I wasn’t really aware of when booking. Lastly the breakfast was very dull. The front desk was very friendly and clear when conveying their hotel information. Zero complaints. Though I didn't interact directly with the breakfast staff, based on hearing them talking with other, I could tell they were all genuinely friendly and very nice. Everything was clean and well prepared. I wanted to leave a 5 star review to promote and encourage the hotel team. Thank you for awesome service! If I return to the area, I would definitely stay again.
