Very professional service.
I am so mad ... been here a few days now thought everything was going better from issues with noisy rooms to doors you can see threw do to the gaps ,broken Elevator cold swimming Pool. But today takes the cake . Each day I been here my car has been parked in the same spot with my handicap placard . I guess today it came down when the GPS was taken out the window . Great stay friendly staff
easy to get to from the Airport, ( by shuttle bus) nice reception staff - swimming pool - can't wait to get into, once over the time difference from a 9 & a half hour flight. awesome room and bed.wairinf for breakfast.
It's 3am and I can clearly hear the person next door snoring as if he were in our room. Walls must be paper thin. Likely won't stay here again.
the staff could not be better...however I cnould not get cell phone service in my room, I have TMobile it is very frustrating.
First of all I want to say that our over all stay went pretty well..but during our breakfast this morning we witnessed an employees treat customers very disrespectful and unprofessional especially one man in particular... at 10 am an employee, began to clean up the breakfast area and while we all were eating at the tables she turned off all the lights, which was totally rude.. i have worked in customer service for over 25 years and never had that happened to me. .. a man that was sitting at the table then got up and turned b... read more
