I had been driving so long that I booked this hotel for two nights, but the manager was incredibly rude. She told me the room wasn't ready, so I had to drive all the way to Houston, Texas. I called to cancel and get a refund, but she said she couldn't, that the room wouldn't be ready until 2 PM. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I don't recommend it. They are inconsiderate. I didn't even use the hotel, and they didn't return for a single night.
Hotel and rooms very humid even with air conditioning.
In this class of hotels in this city, this is a good one. It’s affordable, but occasionally the elevator doesn’t work that happens probably about once a quarter. I stay here at least once a week. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean. We never had any issues. Everyone was friendly.
