Rooms are very nice, clean, service is excellent. I love this hotel brand, but there was lots of traffic noise and police sirens that kept me awake.
April Andrews - Operations Manager gave someone a key to my room. The room itself wasn’t as the images appeared. I filed a claim with the corporate office and will be providing an update once things are rectified. Ideally, If you stay at SpringHill Suites often. This isn’t the ideal situation and or place.
This was our first time at this Marriott brand, and I must say, we'd choose it again. Everything was great from the cleanliness of the property to the friendliness of the staff. Our room was spacious and clean, we had enough towels, and the bed was nice as well. Our check-in process that night was fast and seamless, and the clerk was very friendly and personable. Overall great stay! The limited staff due to the weather were fabulous and all so friendly and helpful! The lobby has a mini store to grab snacks, drinks or basic needs that may have been forgotten. Very clean and quiet!!
