They offer free water but when you go to pick up apart from the Spanish girl front desk person they give an attitude and record your room number. When I asked the response for taking down your room Number did not make sense. They said they have to keep logistics on who takes water. It screams bias.
Friendly staff. It felt really comfortable. I enjoyed my stay
I was here for an overnight stay and a guest of my daughter. We were there for a soccer tournament so my input is strictly my limited interaction with the service aspect. Room was well appointed with a toilet and sink separate from the shower. My first experience with this, but it was convenient. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.
Our boys' and girls' high school teams stayed here this past weekend for a tournament, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four players each and were exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making things much easier for the chaperones. If we return for the tournament in the future, this will definitely be our top choice for accommodations!
