Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Quiet as well. Located fairly close to a wide variety of places to eat. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Enid.
Place is a bit older. They had a bunch of bugs in the hallways on the first floor
Not sure what is happening to the management of this hotel, but it seems to have gone down hill since we were here last year. First there is some sort of bug infestation and there are all sorts of bugs through out the pool and the fitness rooms and who knows where else. There must have been thousands of rolls Polly’s through the halls. The pool also didn’t look very clean and my kids did not want to go anywhere near it. We were there for a family event. The room and beds were very clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. What I think is inexcusable is that the hotel chose not to pay to have their private parking lot cleared of snow after a major storm in January about 10 days before we stayed there. There was no way to get from ANY of the parking spaces to the front door without walking on a continuous sheet of solid ice, very dangerous and potentially life changing.
