Rashad at the front desk was very helpful. Rooms were clean and staff was very accommodating.
Real low key and cute will be back
Everything was great until I got locked out of my room twice. The first time you wasn't so bad because a security person came up and let me in. I was told everything was fixed. I left my room to get ice and I couldn't get back into my room. An emergency access device wasn't on site so I had to wait over an hour for the manager to come to work with a security key. So that wasn't great.
